Installation order for updates

If you download and save the various critical updates,
does it matter in which order you install them?

And, do you have to reboot after every one?

critical.update.exe /Z

should install the update without restarting.
If you run qchain.exe after installing all of the updates, before
restarting, it should make no difference in which order you ran them
