Can I install the dotNet FrameWork on Windows 98/95/Millenium ?

Reformulation my question, on an Win98 installation, all WMI classes can be
used, or only on Windows XP/2000/2003 ?

Certain WMI classes are not available on Windows 98. Check this for more
