Installation on new computer is not working, what can I do?

I have a new computer and tried to install Office. The installation does not
launch
itself. I have installed this same program on my lap-top and on my old
desk-top.
I had to install it on my old desk top twice, the second time after the hard
drive
crashed. Is is possible that it can only be installed three times? If so,
what can I do?
