Installation of Win XP Home User/Professional

I've tried installing both of the programs and I am always
getting the same error. A blue screen that has the
Message: Stop: 0x0000008E C0xC0000005 0xf84CB0B BASE AT
F84A2000 DATE STAMP 3B7D8507. What am I doing wrong ?
I've even installed a brand new HD and still I get the
same error and I am unable to continue with the
installation. Please help.
