installation of translator not working

I am trying to export my contacts list as a csv so I can upload it to my msn
address book but when I try to do it Outlook tells me that the translator is
not installed. I tell it to install the translator but then it starts asking
for cabs that are not on my computer so I insert the original installation
disk but it still can not find the cabs. I can see them on the disk but
Outlook doesn't seem to be able to see them. Why is it doing this and is it
fixable??

Thank you for your help. I was able to solve the problem myself after I
asked for help. Using the installation disk I "repaired" my installation and
then everything worked just fine.
