Installation of Powerpoint 2002

Cannot install. Just bought PP 2002 from Dell and after
I am prompted to put product key in a box comes up
stating that "unable to find qualifying drive". I will
be given 3 choices, A,C, or D drive and I have picked
everyone with the same error message 1608 stating "unable
to find qualifying product. What should I do?

But let me ask if you purchased a PPT upgrade from Dell. If so, you need
a product which qualifies you to use the upgrade -- in other words, you
need PPT 97 or 2000 first.
