Installation of KB913807 makes assigning Delegates not work

Are others seeing this problem? After installation of the KB913807, new
Delegates cannot be setup in OL2003w/SP2. Previously setup Delegates work
fine. This is documented in at least one thread in a MS Forum:

There is an update to that earlier thread explaining how to modify the mailbox permissions to correct the original underlying problem, which didn't become obvious until the patch was applied.

Thanks, Sue. Has MS released a patch for this, or, at least a KB mentioning
this, and, even better, a GLOBAL fix, so that we don't have to do this on
EACH mailbox?

We have at least 6500 mailboxes, so...it's of some concern...<G>

Since it's not an Outlook issue per se, but an Active Directory permissions issue, you might want to ask in an Exchange admin group if someone has any ideas for a bulk update of the permissions.
