I have download the BCM and the Office B2TR. However, when trying to install
the BCM T2R, it says that it cannot find the install files. I installed via
the download on this computer. I have NOT removed the temp files. Tried to
reinstall the BCM itself and got the same error.
have NOT done the Office B2TR (since when I did that the first time, BCM did
not show up). I restored my clone to get back to this condition.

Is Beta 2 already installed? It is a pre-requisite to installing B2TR.

Yes, Beta 2 is installed. I tried to reinstall the BCM since the message for
B2TR was that the setup files could not be found. I thought it would
generate whatever file was missing (if any) in the temp directory.

You need to install B2TR of Office, then remove B2 of BCM prior to installing B2TR of BCM.

Ain't it fun when Microsoft publishes clear directions on the proper installation path????

Thanks, Sue- that would NEVER have been what I would have thought. (I would
think you needed to LEAVED BCM in to use B2TR, just like you have to for
Office B2TR).

The difference is that BCM is an Outlook add-in, not part of the core Office product. Therefore, the update method is not necessarily the same. The necessary procedure is documented in detail on the BCM B2TR download page.
