Don Larsson

I have tried to install Norton 2004 both from a Web
download and a disk and it always crashes. The file at the
time is c:\config.Msi\4eacf.rbf. I tried to reload the
Microsoft installer but it apparently doesn't write over
the old one and I get a message saying this already exists
and I still can't load my Norton.

Any ideas? Thanks.
 
Have you tried to contact Norton? Or are all MSI applications broken?
