I haven't got any answer from my first post here may because I put it in a
too complicated way. let me put it in a simple way:

I have 2 hardisks. The first one has several partitions. C(FAT32) has Xp and
D(FAT32) has Win2k installed. Now I want to install Xp on second hardisk has
only one partition called O(NTFS) since the second one is much bigger. It
already has lots of data in it such as family movies which can't hold by the
first hardisk. But when I install XP and choose O, XP can't recognize it and
asked me to reformat it. That's impossible for me to do. Is it a way around
it?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Download a partition manager and resize both partitions, most of the good
ones arnt free. But when u do on the 2nd drive split that one partition into
to and insert win xp cd and install on the new partition that you made
good luck
