I had the NTLDR is missing error on my HP Pavilion 522c.
HP system recovery failed and I reformatted the disk. I
removed the OEM OS and tried to install WinXP Pro SP1 and
the i got the error: Invalid System Disk... HP says I
neet to get their recovery disks to install an OS because
WinXP does not have the drivers for my system. Is there
a way to install the proper drivers so that I can install
XP on the system? Or is what HP told me a bunch of crap
and should I be able to at least boot into the OS? The
motherboard is a MSI MS-6367 w/ 768 MB RAM, Athlon XP
2000+, etc...
