Install Win2kSrvr over SBS 4.5

Has anyone ever loaded windows over the top of SBS? I have an OLD SBS 4.5
box with a mission critical application that resides on it and it would
behoove me to have tht box in our new domain. Obviously domain name change
and trusts are out of the question.... Without having to backup all
data, reload server from scratch, and then put all the data back and
re-setup the server, does anyone have any ideas??
 
Nope.
SBS 4.5 -> SBS2000 -> SBS2003
Windows server and SBS do not upgrade one or the other.
