how do i auto install win xp located on my server to a blank hard drive.
please reply.

Hi
You can use a program like this,
http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/
The program can install from a backup to a New drive, or clone a whole drive
However copying the software without having the correct lic. is useless.
You need a valid license to actually run Windows off the new drive.

What type of server? Are yoy saying that you have another XP set up
as a "peer to peer" server to share files? Every version of XP is
licensed for one "physical" PC with OEM versions licensed forever on
the first PC / motherboard installed on (even past the PC "death.")
