Install win 2000 after XP pro installed

Please could you give some help me, I currently have 2
hard drives installed on my PC,
C drive has Windows ME and D drive has XP Professional.
I would like to install Windows 2000 Professional on C
drive and replace ME .
What problems would I face and is it possible.
 
Hi

W2K was a predecessor of Win ME. Therefore you will have to reformat your ME hard disk/partition prior to installing W2K. Apart from that the underlying 'kernel' is different and warrants a reformat.
