Yes I am sure. Read the read the license. The license (EULA) for the Vista
upgrade specifically states you can't have both installed. Nothing prevents
it technically, but it's a violation of the license. If you want to dual
boot XP and Vista you need a full version of Vista, or if you have an
upgrade license for Vista, then you need two licensed copies of XP, one as
the basis of the upgrade and one in the dual boot.
