"Install, Test, Configure" missing from screen saver context menu.

Some rotten program decided it needed to be in my context menu and it's
messed up my sreensavers. I no longer have the option to "Install, Test,
Configure" when I right click on a screen saver file. SCR is also not
listed in the Folder Options, File Types list. If I try to create it
Windows says that extension is already in use.
I have hundreds of screensavers so I really need these functions back.

Those options (Install, Test, Configure) are not native to XP.

Are you sure Kelly? I have those options on a right click of an SCR
file and dont have any third party screensavers or software for
screensavers installed.
