Install Registry Entry with Startup Login Script

Hi,

I have a .bat file which has a command that installs a registry entry. I
have this .bat file execute at system startup through group policy. The
things is it not working at system startup. If i login and execute it, it
will then install. Anyone know why? is it something to do with the system not
being able to access the registry at system startup.

What does your .bat script look like and in what security context does
it run?
