Install programs from client through AD

Hello - I woudl like to install programs from the Win2k
Sever with our File and Print on it and using Win 2003
Exchange Server in AD to set it up so that when I am at a
clients computer I can go to Control Panel - Add a New
Program and see it listed for install without any splash
screens and now product key to enter. just the progress
bar of the instll and when completed.
Was told I could do this in AD.
I am a newbie and woudl appreciate a detailed
instructions of how this is accomplished,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way to do this is to "publish" installations via group policy.
