Install Problems

I am starting with a blank hard drive. Bought an upgrade
version of XP. Went to boot and setup XP and it says
insert original version of Windows in CD ROM drive.
Problem is my original version of Windows is on 3.5
floppy. What Now?
 
I use a windows setup disquette (any version) but need
the WINNT.EE file (available in folder I386 on XP
