install printer

hi iv'e just upgraded my system from windows 98se to
windows xp pro and while intstallin a error message came
up saying "COULD NOT LOAD INSTALLER FOR PRINTER" AND
NTPRINT WHEN SETUP HAD FINISHED i tryed to install my hp
810c and a message came upoperation could not be
completed
could someone please help me in this matter by emailing
me

Do you have the current XP driver for that printer? If you don't you need
to down load it from HP web site, install driver with printer disconnected
from computer, after driver loads connect printer when prompted to.
