install on demand

I accidentally clicked on one of those stupid pop-ups for
install on demand. ya know, the ones that you get when
you visit windowsupdate.microsoft.com for the first
time... anyways, it installed a bunch of stuff like gain,
internet optimize etc.. and no matter how many times i
delete the files, uninstall the softwarer etc... it keeps
coming back when i hit a page that has that stupid popup.
It doens't ask it just downloads now. How can i fix this?
