Install on demand

In trying to pop onto a yahoo game Windows opens an install on demand window for Java Virtual Machine. After starting the install it opens a webpage telling me that I cannot view this page because I don't have JVM.

How do I fix this?

Here's the 'fun' part. I already have Sun's Java installed and enabled as the JVM of choice and I still get this message when trying to complete the install on demand for JVM

Sound like you need the Java Virtual Machine [JVM]. Go here and get it:
