Install office 2003 over office 2000

I am about to install Office 2003. I currently have Office 2000 installed.
Will it automatically import my Outlook folders and address book into 2003?
What do I need to do ?
 
No it wont 'Import' but it will usually find and use the old pst.
Of course this pst will be in the old format.
If you wish to use the new format - probably advisable - Once OL opened,
File>New>Data File (unicode/2003 pst)
Then copy data from old to new.(do NOT import), Set new as the default.
Close old, if neccessary.
