Can anyone tell me how to change the drive letter for the boot drive?
When I installed Win XP Home it gave the boot drive an "F" designation. It
has not been a problem until I had a problem with setup.exe from EA Sports
NBA Live 2004 crashing and not allowing the installation to continue. I was
told by their
Tech Support that changing the drive designation to "C" would correct this.
Windows however will not allow the boot drive to change. Is there anyway
around this other than reinstalling the OS?

Hi Joe,

I would copy the current contents of C"\ into another partition which
has room for it, delete the original contents, and then using a boot
floppy copy the contents of F:\ to C:\. Afterwards you can easily
make C:\ your boot drive using the repair console fixboot command:
