Install new fonts

I am new to this if I'm in the wrong place just tell me
please.
When I go to the control panel in the fonts section I go
to file and I can not see Install new fonts....I can paste
the fonts but they do not install...Can anyone give me a
clue as how to make that show up. I have administrator
rights..
 
Do the following go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, R-click Fonts,
Open, File, Install new font
