Install Microsoft Speech Sdk 5.1 in Embedded XP

I want to use TTS in my embedded xp, so I installed microsoft Speech SDK
5.1
in embedded xp; At the end of the installation, popped out a dialog with
message "please insert the disk:1"; I selected "no", then popped out other
dialog with message "Are you sure to cancel the install", I selected the
"yes". The installation was rolled back;

I installed Windows Installer Service component.Did I lack some other
components ?
