install internet component in multi user mode not working

I installed a component required for a website. It works fine for the
administrator, but when an user tries it they get an error stating that the
object doesn't support this property or method. I contacted the components
tech support and he tells me it is an user rights problem. Is there a
default policy that could keep this from working?

btw, this is actually a win2003 box. I do not see a group for win 2003. sry.

I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator (when no
user is connected), start a TS session as a normal user and try to
run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on
a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
