Help!

I am at the install screen where it asks "Who will use this
computer".
The mouse is inactive, as it is a logitech cordless usb mouse and
it hasn't been loaded yet.

Problem, If I press<Alt><N> for "Next", it ignores me. I can press
<Alt><B> for back. If I tab to it and press enter, it just puts me
back
to the first user. This is the only screen I have had this problem
with
so far.

How do I press Next on this screen?

press tab until the next key is highlighted and hit enter.

that works with the back button, but not the next button.
All it does is place you back at the first user (just like
you had pressed tab again). :'(

Did you try pressing the arrow keys?

yes. no joy

I wound up pulling the power. When XP restarted, I got
logged in as the Administrator: lost every user account
I had entered (which I reenterd). Didn't seem to do any
other harm.

This is the second time this has happened to me.
I wonder if Microsoft realizes this is a bug?
