Install Drivers for IBM server raid

I need to install Windows XP on a IBM x306 server. The server comes with
integrated SATA RAID. The problem is that Windows setup is looking only for a
floppy drive to load the OEM drivers from. There is no floppy drive on this
server. I have tried a CD and flash stick, but setup only wants to see a
floppy for this.

So I am stuck, without the drivers windows sees no drives at all.
Any work around for this?
Thanks

If the server's BIOS supports booting from a usb device, get a usb
floppy drive.

Thanks to both of you. THink I will try the USB floppy first becasue I may
need to experiment with the drivers.
