Install Command Missing from .inf File Context Menu

Hi,

I m trying to in install TWEAK User Interface in my control
pannel.

wWhen I right lick the .inf file, the install command is
missing.

The only infomation in the Microsoft Knowledge Base is for
windos NT

Can some one help me?

Explorer|Tools|Folder Options|File Types|"inf"|Advanced|"Install"|Edit
Here's what I have for "Install"

D:\WINDOWS\System32\rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall
132 %1
