Instalation problem

Well.I've changed now 2 week's my motherboard,video card,processor and memory,but when i try to install Windows XP with SP2 or i can't install it because it will stop at 29 minutes or it will be installed but with more than 100 or 200 registry issue.If i try to install Vista it's almost the same,but there my LAN it can't be detected.What is the problem.Could be my HDD or DVD-RW.Here is the detail about the component's what i've changed:
1.motherboard - ASUS M2N 1394
2.video card - ASUS 7300 LE
3.processor - AMD Athlon 4000+ 64 with 2,60 GHZ
4.memory - 1GB DDR2
And my HDD is WD 120GB ATA.I will wait for some solution.Thx.
