Turn it the other way around and place it in your drive again.

I would just download the ISO and install from that.

Does it include 32 and 64 bit versions of Vista? Which build is this? Its
possible you are trying to launch Vista x64 setup in Windows XP which is not
applicable.

Remove it from your CD player and insert it into your DVD player.
