instalation error

i get a error message that reads " error reading setup initialization file "
does anybody know what is causing this or what I can do to fix it?

thanks for he reply Engel I am not vpry good with this sort of thing can you
explain how I would find the thread you posted so I can look at it?

Sure Rpriest, we are here to help each other, this is how I learn too ;-).

You can go to the Announcements, and look for the date (1/4/2006), search
for Daniel_eller and expand the thread. Also if you double click on his name,
you will be able to read the post, with out using the small screen on the
right.

Other way. On Announcements, you can type the subject, on this case you type
Anti Spyware setup error, inside the box for Search For:, and press Go, look
the same as before, you look for the date, and also for the subject on the
thread.

Another suggestion, before you type your post (next time ;-) ) in the same
box for Search For:, you can type on this case, instalation error, and see
how many hits you get. You can use this on any Ng.
