Inside Address Style?

F

Freddy

I am running XP Pro, SP2 w/ all updates. I am also using Word 2007. I have
been trying to create an "Inside Address" Quick Style which would appear as
follows:

1st line: 10 pts before, 0 pts after
2nd line: 0 pts before, 0 pts. after
3rd line: 0 pts before, 0 pts after
4th line: 0 pts. before, 10 pts. after

When I create this address, highlight it, right click and down to style,
save as a quick style, my 10 pt spacing on the last line is missing. Can
this be fixed? If so, how. Please help or point me in the right direction.
I have to be doing something wrong.

Thank you in advance

Hi Freddy,

You might try this:

1. Open the properties for the Style (right-click the style in the ribbon
and click "Modify")
2. Go to Format | Paragraph.
3. Change both the "Before" and "After" boxes to "10 pt" (when I did what
you did, "Before" was set already).
4. Check "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style"
5. Click OK twice.

I hope this helps,
Doug
