Inserting video with Front Page

Hi, I'm new to the group and have a question about
inserting a video. I go to the insert menu and click on
Picture, but the video option is grayed out. How do I
activate this option.

Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
Set browsers to custom | Custom | and check all the boxes

But you may be better of to use FrontPage Add-in
Easily embed Audio and Video into your Web pages.
