inserting the right signature for the right email account

I have Outlook 2003 and I use two seperate email accounts with two seperate
signatures. How can I get the correct signature to insert itself onto the
email by just selecting the email account I want to use. At the moment I have
to go options, signatures change the signature come out and select new
message. There has to be a simpler way.... please help

If you are using Word as your email editor, you can set this up under
Tools>options->mail format. Set your signature per account and Outlook will
insert the proper signature depending on your sending account.

Note - you must be using Word 2003 as the message editor.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
