Inserting Display Names

I am relatively new to Outlook 2003 and I am trying to respond to an e-mail
that requires input in different areas of the e-mail. I was wondering how to
have Outlook automatically insert my display name when I type as there are a
few people editing this e-mail (and someone has already done it!). If anyone
can help me out, that would be great.
