Inserting Attachment as Shortcut

In Office 97 you could select the way you want to Insert an Attachment.
In Office 2003 the Insert Attachment as Shortcut option has been removed.
Any ideas on how to Customize this option so that it will work in 2003.

I don't want to insert the link
 
I think you need this.

1. Click on Attachments
2. Select Attachment File (Don't Double click)
3. Click on Small Arrow on Right of Insert Button
4. Select Insert as HyperLink
