Assuming that it's just a matter of not having a page number on the
particular page, there are a couple of ways to do this.
You could place the page in its own section, unlink the headers and footers
and remove the page number from wherever it is. This is pretty easy to do and
would be my recommended approach/
Alternatively, if the page is always the same (e.g. page 3) you could
configure the page number field used to display the page number to only show
a value if it's not that page. Unfortunately, I never use this method so I
can't recall how to do it off the top of my head. However, I'm sure there are
others here who do.

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I don’t care if the footer is there; the page is
just going to be a place holder. I would like the page numbering to continue
from the page before it to the page after it. (Word 2007)
