Inserting a .mid sound file

Hi,
I'm inserting a .mid sound into a Power Point 2003 presentation. The
file
is in My Documents. I told it to play automatically, but when I open the
presentation
the .mid doesn't play. If I insert it and tell it to play when clicked, I
don't hear
anything.

I'm trying to insert from the Insert menu, Movies and Sounds, from a
file.

Am I missing something?

Sandy,

First (before inserting the media) create a folder in the root of your hard
drive. Example: "CO:\test" Next, move the presentation and all media you
wish to insert to the same folder. Now give it a go...
