Inserting a hyperlink via browse

When i go to add in an hyperlink into a new msg using outlook 2003, it comes
up with a bar that will only allow me to type the link in and not to browse
to the link I need.
Is there some sort of option that will allow me to browse for the file or
destination instead of typing it in manually?

If it's a web page, open the web page in your browser and copy and paste the
url from the address bar into your email.

If it's a file you could open Word then Insert > Hyperlink which allows you
to browse for files and web pages then copy and paste over to your email
message.
