inserting a flash object into a word document

B

Ben English

Hi,

I'm trying to insert a flash object in a word document. I believe I'm doing
the correct thing by going to:

INSERT - OBJECT - CREATE FROM FILE - and select my .swf file.

Once I do this I go into the properties of the object and put the path of
the file in to BASE and MOVIE.

But all I get is a box with a cross in it.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Ben

Do you have some application associated with swf that can display it? What
happens if you double click a swf file from Windows Explorer? Will the
people you send the document to have a similar association?
