Inserting a break into a label

I have a sheet of eg 12 lables created with "labels and envelopes" (not with
mail merge). Each label contains the same "to" and "from" address. I want to
insert a break into EACH label between the "to" and "from" address so I can
move the "from" address up without having to move the "to" address down
(which I have to do if using simple enter breaks). How do I do this? Office
2003.

The vertical alignment of the page is already set to top (Page setup|Layout).
Is there nothing else I can do?

Did I say page? No, I said of the labels. Labels are set up as a table. The
vertical alignment of the text in the table cells is set in Table Properties
(Cell tab) or by right-clicking and choosing Vertical Alignment.

Thanks, got it now.
