Inserting a 2 Page Microsoft Word Document To an Access 97 Form

I am using Microsoft Access 97.

I have a 2 page Microsoft Word document. I have tried to insert this
document into a new Access form. After I insert this document into the form,
the only page visible and the only page that prints is the 1st page. I
intend to insert various fields throughout the document that will be
populated when that customer's record is chosen to print. Since I cannot see
page 2 of the form I am unable to place some of the fields.

Also note that this document is meant to be printed in duplex mode (front &
back).

1. Does anyone know how I can show the 2 pages in the Access form?

2. What Must I do to have this form printed Duplex style?
