Inserted Movie plays audio but no video

I've inserted a .wmv into a PPT 2007 presentation. The movies audio plays
but the video screen is just a black box. The movie file is in the exact
same folder as the presentation. Does anyone have any other help for this
problem?

Try moving the folder so it is directly on the C drive (e.g. C:\folder)
