Insert word from dictionary

How to write a BASIC script or other programming language to insert
word into the spreadsheet's cell from the built in MS office
dictionary.

For example
C1 C2
A B
abandon babble
abate baboon
... ..
... ..

I believe that the dictionary details are closed, so unless someone has
cracked it, it is not possible.
