Insert the same information in many cells

Hello,

I wish to insert the same information in the range, e.g
A5:A19, is there any possibility to do this instead of
copy and paste.

one way
- select all cells A5:A19
- enter your value and finish with CTRL+ENTER (instead of only hitting
ENTER)
