How do I insert the filename and path on the last page of a document using
Word 2002?

If you just want it at the end of the document, then insert the { FILENAME
\p } field on the last page. If (as I assume), you want it in the footer on
the last page only, use a field with this syntax:

{ IF { PAGE } = { NUMPAGES } { FILENAME \p } }

The Page, NumPages, and Filename fields can be inserted using the Insert
Page Number and Insert Number of Pages buttons and the "Filename and path"
AutoText entry on the Header and Footer toolbar, but you'll have to press
Ctrl+F9 to insert the braces for the IF field and type in the IF and =
manually.
