Insert TAB character into Outlook form fields

Is there any way to insert a tab character into Outlook's form
fields? Specifically, I'm trying to insert a tab character into the
subject field of a task item. Alternatively, is there another uniform
space-delimiting character that I could use?

My goal is to have an Outlook task with a subject that looks like
this:
"CLIENT <uniform space> DESCRIPTION"

So that my table view in tasks looks like this:
CLIENT_ONE <uniform space> DESCRIPTION
CLIENT <uniform space> DESCRPITION
CLIENT_THREE <uni. space> DESCRIPTION

Does that make sense? Is such a goal possible?
