When I try to manually insert a signature into an outgoing
email it shows me a list of just one named signature that
doesn't even exist. And it DOESN'T show the signatures I
HAVE set up. Help!

What does Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures show?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for responding. Under Tools/Mail Format/Signatures
it shows the correct signatures that I have set up to
automatically insert. I have checked to NOT use it on
replies and forwards. That is why sometimes on a reply or
forward we want to manually insert it or a different one.

I also have it set to not include a signature on new messages. When I want
to insert a signature, I simply click the "Signature" icon. It gives me a
drop-down for the choice of which signature to insert. I click on the one I
want.
